| Silk Purse Farm 4H barn rats |
| The kids meet at the farm 3 times a week to practice showmanship, in-hand trail, in-hand Jumping and of course driving. They work at the farm to pay for their lessons. I haven't had to clean the paddocks all summer! |

| Amanda Foote qualifed 2 minis: Summer and Carrosel. Summer is bit more versatile than Cara, so she is first choice for the state Championship show. |
| Carrosel has just thrived with Amanda's attention and is starting to like trail and jumping. She is a veratile driving mare - able to do both Pleasure driving and Gymkhanas |
| Jimmy qualified 2 this year - Dusty (the morgan on the right) and Angel, although he has been showing Sparkle in both pleasure driving shows and gymkhana. He won champion in the July BBHSA gymkhana. |

| Jennifer Cornett also qualified 2 minis: LovBug and Bobby. Jennifer fell in love with Bug when they won supreme champion last year in the Gymkhana at BBHSA. Needing a back up mini that could match Bugs versatility, Bobby was the Answer. They did great at the District horse show in Showmandhip! |
| Sarah Kiacena needed a horse and Willow needed her own kid. Both are smart and ornery! Both have just thrived and thrived. Willow is jumping 2' and winning in-hand trail classes as well as doing great in the games! |
| Willow has an eye deformity that prevents her pupils from closing. To prevent blindness, she wars a Guardian Mask ie: equine sunglasses. We take it off for showmanship though. Sarah is a first year 4H kid and will be allow to qualify for the state championship show next year. |

| Rachael Kiacena is Sarah older sister and began to hang around the barn because the family is very close knit. Rachael has formed a deep attachment to Stormy - a mini that needed stability and her own kid after spending the first 9 years of her life bouncing from home to home |
| Rachael sure surprised us all when she won supreme championship at the BBHSA Gymkhana. She just glided through the poles at a smooth canter. She is developing by leaps and bounds. She can't jump Stormy because Stormy has a roach back. However She has been helping to work Sparkle after her 4H kid lost interest in her. |
